A strange adventure in China. This magical documentary starts with three Uyghur musicians, Alimjan, Kasim, and Adil, standing by the side of the road hitchhiking. They come from the Northwest province of Xinjiang. On their way to play Muqam, a 24 hour-long song, they’re picked up by our film crew and mini-bus driver. Together we embark on an unexpected journey.
