Manchester based Nick Jordan & Jacob Cartwright are artists, who primarily use video, who have been working together since their joint exhibition, The Goose Fair, at Castlefield Gallery in 2004. They have consistently screened work at the London Short Film Festival since the first ever Festival where Nick Jordan won the overall Best Film Award for his short FURY.

So the Festival is proud to invite them to screen a selection of their work and be in attendance for a Q&A session. Cartwright & Jordan’s work seeks out the unusual, poetic or absurd interrelations between the natural world and our own multifaceted cultural histories. Through collaboration Cartwright & Jordan combine a range of cultural and natural themes, illuminating the peculiarities and contrasts with our everyday realities.
