The film is perfectly matched by a stunningly apt track underscored by Domino Records recent signing Jon Hopkins. Hopkins who has just returned from an exhausting world wide tour where he supported Coldplay and worked with Ubik (aka Nick Losse and Steve Dalton) to ensure that his track ‘A Lifting Up’, taken from his new album, was perfectly synchronised with the film's key action points and end titles. The film’s title Voxel is taken from a lesser known term used to describe a three dimensional even shaped pixel, which is in this case the elegiac hero breathing a moments life back into an abandoned and forgotten space.
